In the daily operations of the World Health Organization (WHO) Uganda Office, remote meetings, multi-party coordination and regional training have become routine. As the underlying infrastructure of all kinds of meetings, the audio system directly determines communication efficiency in terms of stability and sound clarity. Recently, Relacart customized an intelligent wireless conference audio solution for the WHO Uganda Office, which has now been running stably.

1. Multiple roles speaking in one meeting, requiring clear and orderly seat management
The meeting room serves a variety of roles, including the chairperson and representatives of different institutions. Different roles have different speaking permissions and priorities, and the seating layout needs to be adjusted flexibly according to the scale of each meeting.
Solution: WDC-903 DANTE Digital Wireless Conference System
The WDC-903 adopts UHF-band audio transmission and LORA wireless control design. Chairperson units and delegate units can be freely placed at any position on the conference table without drilling or cable routing, and multiple conference discussion modes are available to help maintain meeting order.
2. Multiple audio sources connected simultaneously, requiring intelligent and seamless mixing
The meeting room connects multiple wireless microphones, laptops and other audio sources at the same time. Any background noise or echo would seriously degrade the remote conferencing experience. As the client's team does not have a professional audio background, they cannot perform complicated mixing operations before every meeting.

The DAM-128D features a high-performance DSP chip and a built-in 12×8 digital matrix. Together with dedicated control software, each channel can be configured and adjusted in detail, enabling fully intelligent meeting management without a dedicated sound engineer on duty.
3. Even sound coverage without disrupting the visual order of the office
The office area follows a professional and minimalist interior style. Traditional wall-mounted speakers are bulky and can easily disrupt the visual harmony of the space.
Solution: RDA-10 DANTE Coaxial Ceiling Loudspeaker
The RDA-10 adopts a coaxial driver design. Its slim bezel-free panel blends perfectly into the suspended ceiling and is almost invisible. It supports POE/POE+ Ethernet power supply and DANTE audio input, so a single network cable handles both power and signal transmission, keeping cabling minimal.
4. Unified system operation and maintenance for easy management and expansion
Since the operations staff do not have an in-depth audio engineering background, the system needs to be highly reliable with a low failure rate, able to quickly locate faults, and equipped with an easy-to-use unified management platform.

The entire audio system is connected over the DANTE network protocol using nothing but network cables. Operations staff can monitor the working status of every device in real time through DANTE Controller and Relacart's dedicated product software, making system management and maintenance easy.
Results
Since the system was put into use, the meeting efficiency and communication quality of the WHO Uganda Office have improved significantly. The sound quality of remote meetings is noticeably better, and the barrier to operation and maintenance has been greatly reduced.
