The Administration of the Sirius Federal Territory is the executive body responsible for the sustained socio-economic and innovative development of the territory. Its conference hall hosts both local meetings and video conference sessions, and the administration required modern, fully fail-safe and simple-to-operate equipment. The resulting multimedia complex is built around the Relacart CS-501 and CS-102 conference systems.

The hall accommodates 23 working places, each equipped with a personal conference unit. A CS-102M central controller runs the discussion system, while CS-501C chairman and CS-501D delegate units serve the presidium and the floor; the chairman unit includes a priority button that can close all delegate microphones at once.

The CS-501 units use shotgun-type microphones whose narrow directivity captures the voice of a single delegate with pinpoint precision. The discussion system is integrated with the hall’s PTZ cameras: when a delegate takes the floor, the camera automatically frames the active speaker, improving both live video sessions and the quality of meeting recordings.

Speech reinforcement is handled by embedded loudspeakers driven through a professional DSP platform, with audio processing tuned to the room. Delegates follow content on personal displays at the table while duplicate wall panels serve the audience, and the operator controls the whole complex - displays, cameras, audio and video switching - from a tablet interface in the adjacent equipment room.

The hall combines fail-safe daily operation with genuinely simple control: displays work around the clock, the discussion system keeps every speaker clearly audible, and automatic camera tracking raises the quality of video sessions and archives alike. For Relacart, the project confirms once again that CS-series wired discussion systems meet the expectations of government-level facilities.
