Rosinformagrotekh is a Russian state research institute dedicated to the innovative development of agriculture. Its conference hall serves both internal scientific meetings and video conference sessions, and the institute needed modern, fully fail-safe and easy-to-use equipment. The upgrade placed the Relacart CS-102 wired conference discussion system at the center of the room.
Seventeen seats, one discussion system
The hall is designed for 17 working places, each fitted with a personal unit from the Relacart CS-102 system: a CS-102M central controller, a CS-102C chairman unit and CS-102D delegate units. The system connects in a hand-in-hand chain over anti-drop aviation cables or network cable, keeping the installation simple and stable, and the chairman unit carries a priority button that can cancel all delegate speeches at once.
The CS-102 platform combines automatic gain audio processing, which effectively suppresses feedback and raises system clarity, with a 65 Hz - 15 kHz frequency range, and its recording output allows every meeting to be captured and archived. Speech reinforcement runs through embedded loudspeakers driven by a professional DSP platform, while PTZ cameras with automatic speaker tracking follow the discussion.
Simple for staff, reliable for the institute
The operator workplace sits directly in the hall and runs the whole complex from a tablet interface, so meetings start without technical support. The institute received a room ready for local events and video conferencing alike: speech amplification for the presidium and the floor, high-quality audio support for every event, and a tidy rack-based equipment layout.
The result
The upgraded hall gives the institute dependable, intuitive meeting technology for years of intensive use. For Relacart, the project adds another research institution to the reference list of the CS-102 wired conference discussion system.
