As the economy develops rapidly, organizations are paying growing attention to the safety, efficiency, convenience and quality of their office equipment, which places higher demands on professional audio. Zhonghang operates two medium-sized conference halls, each seating dozens of participants, and needed a batch of professional conference microphones adapted to daily meetings.

After in-depth communication with the customer, three requirements stood out:
1. Clear sound with stable, uninterrupted operation — no noise, no signal dropouts, and reliable performance against all kinds of on-site interference;
2. Full-featured products suited to a multi-function meeting environment, able to work alongside other audio and video equipment;
3. Simple installation and easy operation that do not take up much space or damage the venue.

The Solution
The customer finally chose the Relacart CS-101 wired embedded hand-in-hand conference discussion system — a simple, economical discussion system designed for a wide range of meetings. Its newly developed voice-activation mode lets speakers start their microphone simply by talking, with no manual operation required.
The CS-101B embedded series pairs the CS-101BC embedded chairman unit and CS-101BD embedded delegate unit. The flush-mounted design looks elegant, saves desk space and gives the room a distinctly modern feel; a desktop version (CS-101C / CS-101D) is also available. The system can connect to the VTS-1000 automatic camera-tracking controller to support video tracking and real-time recording, keeping a faithful record of every meeting.
