The meeting space features elegant, minimalist decor with a large solid wood conference table and hidden cable troughs. The client set three strict requirements for the audio system upgrade:
Clean tabletop: No drill-mounted gooseneck microphones or exposed audio cables on the table to preserve the premium, tidy look of the room.
Flexible speaking setup: The system needs to adapt to variable attendee numbers and seating arrangements for all types of meetings.
Touch-free speaking: Mics shall activate automatically when someone speaks and mute when they stop, with no manual button operation required.

UB-222 Wireless Boundary Microphone for Minimalist Table Layout
The UB-222 is a flat, desktop wireless boundary microphone. It sits smoothly on the conference table without blocking sightlines or disrupting the table’s sleek lines. Audio signals transmit wirelessly to the mixing host. No drilling or wiring is needed on the table, with all cables neatly hidden inside equipment cabinets to achieve a cable-free tabletop.
It uses a cardioid pickup pattern covering a 120° area. It captures clear voice from speakers while suppressing table reflection and ambient background noise for pure audio output.
WAM-432 Intelligent Automatic Wireless Mixer for Smart Audio Control
The WAM-432 mixer features true diversity reception and a high-performance microprocessor for fully automatic intelligent mixing.
Automatic noise gate: The system monitors audio levels of all wireless channels. Channels open automatically when voice volume hits the threshold and mute during silent pauses, zero manual control needed.
Adjustable active channel limit: Users can cap active channels from 1 to 4, plus priority mode to ensure key speakers’ voices are never overshadowed.
AFS auto frequency scanning & SYNC infrared pairing: It scans and avoids interfering frequencies in the building’s complex wireless environment. Clean frequencies sync instantly to UB-222 mics via infrared, simplifying on-site setup greatly.
