Celebrating the Dual Festivals | Relacart Team-Building Event Recap: National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival

In the golden autumn of October, we celebrated the dual festivals. On the occasion of National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, Relacart organized a unique team-building event aimed at strengthening team cohesion, fostering employee interaction, and allowing every member to deepen connections and build camaraderie in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. Let’s take a look back at the fun-filled event!

At noon on the day of the event, Relacart employees arrived at the venue one after another. The check-in area was thoughtfully decorated, and each employee signed their name at the entrance. Smiles became the theme of every greeting.

After the host’s opening remarks and a speech from leadership, the highlight of the event—the games—began. We designed a variety of team collaboration games to promote cross-departmental communication and cooperation. The atmosphere was incredibly lively, filled with laughter and cheers. The games not only brought joy but also helped employees gain a deeper understanding of teamwork through interaction.

In the afternoon, the event moved into the talent performance segment. Colleagues who are usually focused on work revealed another side of themselves, transforming into stars on stage. Singing performances drew thunderous applause. Interactive lucky draws were, with lucky employees randomly selected via a big screen to receive exquisite gifts, keeping everyone engaged and excited throughout.

As evening approached, the event transitioned into a warm dinner gathering. At the tables, employees from different departments mingled and chatted, breaking down the barriers that often exist in day-to-day work. New and longtime employees raised their glasses, engaged in conversations, and colleagues who typically only interacted professionally now became friends.

The final part of the event was gift distribution. The company prepared carefully curated gift packages for every employee, allowing them to share the joy with their families. As the event drew to a close, a group photo was taken to capture the happiness of the moment, preserving it forever in everyone’s hearts.

This event was not only a release from work pressure but also a recharge of team energy.
